The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Andrej Benedik s.p.
By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable
laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this web site.
Information on this Web site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical
errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. We may also make improvements
and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in this information
at any time without notice.
We assume no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided
by us and use of such information is at the recipient's own risk. We provide no
assurances that any reported problems may be resolved with the use of any information
that we provide.
By sending us any information or material, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable
license to use, reproduce, perform and modify those materials or information, and
you also agree that we are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques

Purchase
VAT:
All prices listed in the online shop do not include 21% Slovenian VAT. The Andrej
Benedik s.p. company is not taxable due to the basis of paragraph 1, section 46
of the act about VAT (ZDDV-1), Slovenia
PAYMENT and INVOICING:
Unless agreed upon by both parties all services are paid upfront and in full. A
link to a printable invoice in English language is provided in an email send when
the purchase is complete. All the invoices can be also accessed on the Users Account
page.
DELIVERY:
All our software products are delivered as electronic download. Therefore they are
free of shipping costs.
After the purchase process is complete, the customer gets an email with license
keys and other information on how to download and install the commercial version.
When a source code is purchased a link to an encrypted zip file and a password are
provided in the email. On first purchase a new User Account is created for the customer.
The login details are send to the customers email address. On the Users Account
page customer can access all the information regarding the purchased products: invoices,
download links, license keys and expiration date of the updates.
When using third party web sites to process the payment, an email with license keys
and other relevant information is usually send almost immediately after completing
the payment. When using direct money transfer, the email with license keys and other
relevant information is send to the customer when we receive the money to our bank
account. This process can take a few days.
REFUNDS:
To prevent problems with refunds all our products can be evaluated for 60 days.
On request the evaluation period can be extended. When having questions about differences
between evaluation and commercial version please do not hesitate to contact us on
our forum or directly with using the Contact us link at the bottom of the web page.
We try our best so potential customers can thoroughly test our products before purchasing
them. Therefore all the purchases are final and we do not give full or partial refunds
except in the following cases:
- The evaluation version worked correctly, but the commercial version malfunctions
during installation or post-installation procedures and the technical support had
enough time to try to fix any of the issues. The issue is reported within 30 days
from getting the commercial version.
- Other significant and relevant reasons for a refund are provided (reviewed
by our customer support representatives).
For example in case converter library or converter application is purchased, customer
is not eligible to get a refund if after the purchase, a file that is not converted
correctly and was not previously tested with an evaluation version is found. However
we try to improve the converters all the time. Therefore please send us the file
that is not working correctly and we will try to improve the library and if possible
send you a pre-release version or try to include the improvement into the next official
release.
